Since its inception in 1983 with the main company office based in Singapore, Shanhong Electric has been consistently committed in specializing high-powered electronic devices. The company offers a broad range of products such as semiconductors, circuit protection devices, control and automation devices as well as passive components all backed up by a line of well-known product brands.

Since September 2006 MAGSYS is present on the Iberian Peninsula.
With Mann, S.A. we have found a competent partner to offer more service for our customers in Spain and Portugal. Gerhard H. Mann, German national, founded his company in 1967.

November 2003 Change at MAGSYS Asia
Since 1st November 2003 MAGSYS in Asia is represented through the company AGATE Precision Engineering located in Singapore. Our previous Asian representative Mr. Teo Chew Meng has resigned at his own request and will no longer work in the field of magnetizing equipment. AGATE has been an important supplier of mechanical parts to MAGSYS for several years now and has some profound experience in the VCM business.
July 2003 Inauguration Party
On 18 July, we officially inaugurated our new MAGSYS building in the industrial area of Dortmund-Huckarde. Under a clear sunny sky, the friends of the MAGSYS Family enjoyed the broad music repertoire of the famous Jazz saxophonist Gilda Razani accompanied by Hans Wanning playing on the rooftop.
During a tour through the building the visitors got a clear idea of how we work at MAGSYS: from construction via production to delivery of our magnetizing systems.
September 2002 MAGSYS USA bezieht neue Räume
Our U.S. subsidiary has moved to a new location. Because the premises in the former office in Charlotte, North Carolina had become insufficient, we were able to obtain new and more ample office area in Valparaiso, Indiana. As in the past years, James M. Murphy, Sales Manager on site, transacts all the projects for the North American market.
